If you’ve forgotten your Access ID or Passcode, you may call us at 620-837-3143 or stop by our location during business hours. You can reset your passcode online if you have set up the forgotten passcode questions. To begin, choose “Forgot your passcode?” on the login page of Online Banking.
To enroll in e-Statements, follow these three simple steps:
- Log on to your online banking account.
- Click on the Accounts tab and then the Statement link.
- Click on the ‘Electronic Only Statement’ delivery button and then opt-in.
To download our mobile banking app, search for Walton State Bank or WSB in the Apple iTunes App Store.
To place a stop payment on a check, call us at 620-837-3143 or stop by either of our locations. Fees apply.
Walton State Bank Debit Cards have a daily ATM withdrawal limit of $200 and a separate purchase limit of $600.
Customer will assign their PIN when activating their card via telephone.
Notify law enforcement immediately if the item obtaining your debit card has been lost or stolen. Call one of our Customer Service Representatives at 620-837-3143 to block cards, checks, and account information.
We strive to respond to online customer service requests within 24 hours, Monday through Friday, and by the next business day for requests received over the weekend.

FDIC insurance covers all deposit accounts, including checking and savings accounts, money market accounts, and certificates of deposit. The FDIC insurance limit is $250,000 per depositor, per insured bank, for each account ownership category. Depositors may qualify for more coverage if they have funds in different ownership categories.
